Comfortable and clean, friendly driver. 4stars as my bus sceduled for 330pm was cancelled and rescheduled to 430pm, and the seat initially booked was not available.

Overall experience is good, cozy seat with usb charger. Driver drive safely and I can work with my laptop nicely. Only improved point is other passengers took my booked seats and fall slept.

Bus is comfortable. Can be better if the service is end to end. Toilet is locked, and IFE with no audio. The bus was delayed for 30mins.
