Boarding is abit messy. Have to ask the staff a few times. Bus ride is okay. Food served is so-so. Driver and steward service is good.
From KL to immigration was great esp the service of the attendant. But transferring to an inferior bus after paying $68 & moving our luggages again to the transfer bus is truly a hassle. More so, the bus we transferred to smelled like someone smoked there somehow.
