Overall. Happy with the transport. No unnecessary delay. Although the trip took 7.5 hours, it was due to traffic at Seremban. Point for improvement. Found many nets broken, including mine which means I cannot keep anything on it.
The coach journey to Malaysia was very comfortable and well-organised. The coach was clean, the driver was professional and friendly, though the journey was tiring due to 8hrs onboard, but overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to use the service again.
