Bus steward was all smiles and hospitable, which makes a lot of difference. Seats were comfortable enough but the massage function was vibration than massage. Food was excellent.
Easy to book, bus on time, bus clean, comfortable and bus monitor provided clear guidance and information on breaks etc.
Bus included free wifi and usb charging.
Bus quite on time. My previous 1st trip, i did not receive any sms even on day of boarding but this trip, I finally receive it. Would suggest an advance notification sms be sent like few days before and a final one the day before trip, this would give us better assurance.
Customer service is good, food i decent but find journey a bit too long both ways.
