Driver was very nice and careful in driving. However, there was no notification of any sort prior to my boarding time. Hence I was left waiting at the bus stop not knowing bus number at all and keep looking out for KKKL logo bus which arrived more than 15 minutes late. And there was totally no updates at all which made us panicking a little. The itinerary mentioned there will be a stop at Yong Peng but the bus just went straight to KL with one brief toilet stop as someone requested for it. Overall could be better.
Excellent seats on board, but while this is a new bus, condition of the bus could have been better maintained.
