Coach was comfortable and reached on time
In fact it was the return trip that was good. Ex Singapore it was a nightmare for me to find the bus stop. It was late at night and there was no one to advise me. I was shuttled from the MRT to Venture Drive, then to Jurong Town Hall until a savvy SBS bus driver indicated the location. Then a bus driver from another company City line confirmed the location. I spent an hour and 30 mins. walking up and down the different roads. On the map it looks simple, but on the ground without any indications it's impossible to know where to go. Your photo doesn't help.
Smooth journey and good communication about what to do.
I would give 5 stars if bus was direct journey, without stopping at Yong Peng.
