Comfortable ride but not comfortable enough to sleep. The ride was bumpy because the driver drove fast. I got from SG to KL in a record 4.5h. The seats were above average - good enough for daytime use, but I couldn't sleep in them. I can normally sleep in an economy seat on a flight as a comparison. Driver was friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do at the checkpoints.
