The driver & his partner were very friendly & helped all of us with our luggage up & down.
The trip was smooth & on time.
Food can be better. Earphones to give good quality. Toilet condition not satisfactory as lighting is very dim.
Service onboard is ok. Just don’t like that we need to take the normal free seating bus and change bus again to our actual bus. Waste of time and troublesome. Moreover the normal bus is very worn out and seats very uncomfortable
