Driver assist to stuff & unstuffed luggages
Toilet can not open... pls next time is opened
Pleasant trip, driver drove safely but he needs to be in control of his emotions.
While he was responsible to check the seats of passengers before boarding, there was a group of deaf and mute passengers. There were some commotions and shouting from the driver because of some misunderstanding.
Maybe there could be a disclaimer on the booking site that indicates if passengers have some needs so that this can be communicated to the driver or relevant personnel.
