Very comfy seat, blanket, chicken fried rice, water, and snacks provided. Going through immigration was quick and just 1 stop in Malaysia before the final destination. Staff were friendly and courteous driving. Overall very good, would have preferred a vegetarian meal instead.
All is good, but please allow passenger to use the headphone and blanket till the bus reach destination. It was collected when the bus about to reach sungai besi for 10mins break. Thereafter, the remaining journey of at least 30mins was nothing I could watch.
really liked the trip overall. would love two changes:
1. USB-C outlets too instead of only traditional USB for charging.
2. better AC vent placement
I know I’m nitpicking. other than these two small issues, the journey overall was comfortable.
