The attendant is helpful. Driver do his job well
The Service on board was good.
But the ride was bumpy. Very bumpy. Not supposed to happen for a very expensive solitaire suite bus.
The bus don't bring you all the way up to Genting. Have to change to a very cheapstake bus. So troublesome.
We notice other bus like Transtar Superstar can go all the way up. So its ridiculous that we paid alot more and have to transfer bus BOTH WAYS
