Not inform of changing bus at custom otherwise everything good
Hope you can disinfect the bus i saw a small corcaroch crawling along the window panel near my seat.
The seats were comfortable and the service was excellent. However, after clearing Malaysian customs, we were transferred to a different 40-seater bus. Given the heavy traffic during the public holiday, the bus felt quite cramped, making the remaining 1 to 1.5 hours of the journey rather uncomfortable. It would have been helpful if this arrangement had been communicated in advance.
