Generally good but hygiene can be improved. Spotted a baby roach and there was a fly flying throughout the journey. No issues with driver or attendant.
Nice driver and Bus amenities can be improve (eg. wifi onboard).
Rated 4 stars due to this time bus service was good dont need to change bus at Jb immigration straight towards Singapore and hopefully such convenient arrangements will prolonged for goods.
