Comfort wise was good enough
Either the bus driver or his colleague was making too much noise with the phone or talking loudly, so that was irritating especially when people are trying to sleep
Apart from gum and dirt on the side of the chairs, the whole journey was pleasant despite it being a 11h trip with a detour stop in Seremban. Charging port works on my chair. Staff call passengers a few minutes before if they have yet to collect their tickets and they were nice to enforce the seatbelt rule as well.
