Single-deck bus...Seat was comfortable. But could have depart on time would be better.
Checking in and getting the tickets are smooth. The bus was clean and spacious. However USB charging is not working. The bus departed on time. The immigration process at the border went smoothly. However the bus delayed almost half an hour before driving at SG exit, though all passengers were already onboard. MY entry went well without delay. Though there was delay at SG exit, our bus arrived at KL on time. It will be great to have one toilet stop. Overall, pleasant experience. Will book again. Thank you!
