It would be better if the driver speaks English especially during stop over.
We stop in a terminal and for long, without informing us for what reason, until such time that we need to go restroom and he just speak to us in malay and it seems asking us to make it fast. If he intend to stop there long why not ask the passenger if anyone need to go restroom can go.
Since not all passengers understand and speak malay, it would be great if the driver can converse in English esp for information
Very comfortable, clean bus, making the ride pleasant. Sadly, traffic stretched a 5h trip to 8h (not really the company’s fault). Kids roaming seats/aisle raised safety concerns.
Easy to board the bus at Berjaya Times Sq in central KL. Staff helpful and polite
