1. Driver drove at a safe speed.
2. He stopped half way for toilet break and more important he checked the number of passengers before driving off.
For improvement..
1. Driver shld wait at the luggage unloading side of bus to observe passengers unloading their bag. This is important as once I forgot to take my luggage and had to look for the bus at bus depot ( k .l) to retrieve my luggage.
Also you never know ,a passenger may take the wrong bag accidentally or on purpose.
2. On arrival , Driver shld announce that we have arrived and thank passengers for travelling with KKKL.
