How to Connect to BonusLink & Earn Points
Link your BonusLink account to your BusOnlineTicket member account and collect BonusLink Points when you book bus, train and ferry tickets. Available from 1 November 2026.
1 Log in and tap “Connect to BonusLink”
Log in to your BusOnlineTicket member account, go to My Account and tap Connect to BonusLink. If you do not have an account yet, sign up and log in once your account is verified.
2 Read the information and tap “Connect”
You will be taken to the BonusLink page on BusOnlineTicket.com. Read the information and terms, then tap Connect.
3 Log in to BonusLink or register
On the BonusLink welcome screen, tap Continue with BonusLink, then log in to your existing BonusLink account or register a new one.
4 Confirm Password
If you are asked to create a password, enter the verification code sent to your mobile number, set a new password and tap Confirm new password.
5 Tap “Continue to BusOnlineTicket App”
When you see the Welcome to the BonusLink Family screen, tap Continue to BusOnlineTicket App to finish linking.
6 Start earning points
Your accounts are now linked. Your BonusLink Points balance now appears in My Account, and it grows each time you make an eligible booking.

- Log in to your BusOnlineTicket member account that is linked to BonusLink.
- Make a booking in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Your points are credited once the booking is confirmed.

- New member: registered a BusOnlineTicket account on or after 1 November 2026.
- Existing member: registered a BusOnlineTicket account before 1 November 2026.
Rounding: points are calculated as booking amount × earning rate, then rounded down to a whole number. For example, a RM11.90 booking at 4 points per RM1 earns 47 points (11.90 × 4 = 47.60).
- Bus, train and ferry bookings made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Bookings in Singapore Dollars (S$) or Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) are not eligible.
- You must be logged in when you book. If you are not logged in, no BonusLink Points will be earned.
- Points are not issued for bookings made before your accounts were linked.
The BonusLink Points earned from that booking will be reversed.
Not at the moment. For now, you can collect points by making bookings.
