Not good why need to transfer bus? I nv need to do that previously
Seat was comfortable and service was good. However wifi was not working and the audio at seat no.8 on vehicle PC55 was not working. The service crew kindly offered be the seat behind and checked it before informing me. The uncle was nice but quite strict like a teacher. Bus driver nice on PC5 from Genting to KL was excellent. Helpful and good customer service skills. Food can be better overall - to and fro.
