The departure process is good and on time. The whole journey from after the Malaysian customs is smooth and efficient, the driver is clear and courteous, in short I have a good travelling experience as compared to other bus services.
The value for money is amazing, the seats massage you and recline, the entertainment onboard is also good, wide selection of movies! The meal was also 10/10 and included teas, coffee and water. Cabin crew were very helpful aswell. The obaord toilet was large and clean also. Cannot fault this service at all
