This is not our first time taking Cityline. We like it -
1. Coach Arrival and Departure timings were punctual,
2. Drivers were courteous and helpful in helping with the luggages,
3. Coach were comfortable and clean.
4. Will take City line coaches for future trips and will recommend to others
Bus is clean instructions given very clearly
Smooth ride driver was helpful and friendly
