Passengers on the bus to Singapore would have to get off from the bus (along with any luggage or belongings) and go past the Singapore customs check and proceed across to get back on the bus. The good thing is, the overall process doesn't take much time at all.

However, these locations are basically not a real bus terminal. The Golden Mile Complex is actually a high-rise commercial and residential building located on Beach Road. The Textile Centre is a business centre located on Jalan Sultan, which is nearby the Golden Mile Complex. The Tampines MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) is a railway station in Tampines and the Plaza @ Beach Road is also a residential building.
