Bus captain is skilful in driving and he looked out for us at the immigration. The seat at 5D does not have a working seatbelt and so it s best to have that fixed. The changing of buses at Spore before goingvto Malaysia was not advised in the website and i thought that should be made transparent to passengers so that they can be more informed before they purchase the ticket. Nevertheless journey is smooth n pleasant. Thank you :)
