Overall, it was a pleasant trip, though the journey took quite long because of the traffic jam. The coach was comfortable, but the massage wasn’t as good as expected. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the food provided could be improved as well.
If not for the bus delayed by 20 mins, I would have given 5 stars.
The bus captain might provide information in advance to let commuters know where or when the toilet break/s.
Otherwise, the journey was smooth.
