KTMB has provided a list of Terms and Conditions for online train ticket booking. KTM/ETS passengers are required to read and understand the terms and conditions provided by KTMB before they make their booking.

Please note that, Terms and Condition No. 8 stated in the list is not valid for KTM Shuttle Services between JB Sentral – Woodlands – JB Sentral. Customer that book the train ticket for this service cannot make amendment for the tickets purchased, therefore, please make sure the details of your booking are correct before you make the booking.
