CTTS Holidays bus departs from Golden Mile Complex (Caltex Station) at 3.15pm and from Lavender MRT (Kitchener Complex) at 3.30pm, and stops at Shahbandar Jetty terminal (gateway to Redang Island). Similarly, the bus heading to Merang Jetty will also depart from the same two pick-up points at the same departure times.

Ferry Service to Redang
The journey from Singapore to Redang Island is around 9 hours (about 8 hours bus ride and 1 hour ferry from the jetty). Some resorts offer packages that provide direct ferry or boat routes from Shahbandar Jetty or Merang Jetty to their resorts.
There are 3 ferry timings daily, the earliest is 9.00am and the next ferry is 10.30am and 3.00pm. By taking CTTS Holidays bus, you will be assured of getting the earliest bus to enjoy your holiday. As for the return trip, the departure time is 2.00pm from Shahbandar Jetty terminal to Singapore. The whole timing is just perfect as after checking out from the hotel, travellers can catch the 1st ferry (7.00am) or 2nd ferry (11.00am) to Shahbandar Jetty.
However, please note that the ferry schedule might change depending on the season, weather and tidal conditions. Once you have alighted from the jetty, the bus will be waiting for you at the jetty. CTTS Holidays is different compared to other bus company because you do not need to go to the bus terminal to board the bus (at least 30 mins from the jetty).
As for Merang Jetty, Al-Ameen Boat Service is a famous ferry operator based in Terengganu who provide high-speed ferry services from Merang Jetty to Redang Island. Their services begin as early as 8.00am and as late as 4.00pm. For those who book ferry rides via resort packages, do check with your specific resorts for ferry schedules.
