Since 2004 the Melaka Sentral (or Malacca Sentral) Bus Terminal, Malaysia’s first air-conditioned bus (state and express) and taxi terminal, has been servicing passengers in Malacca. The express bus, domestic bus and taxi are pooled together in this terminal for the convenience of passengers travelling around Melaka. Melaka Sentral serves the express bus service leaving for and coming from Singapore and major cities (like Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Mersing etc) in Malaysia.
