BusOnlineTicket Pte. Ltd. [BOT] is giving away TWO (2) Entry Tickets for one (1) day of LEGOLAND® Malaysia & Water Park Combo Tour to a lucky “customer who books and pays their bus tickets from any SingaPost or SAM Machine” [Giveaway]. This Giveaway is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. All customers [Participants] should read them carefully.
a. Entry is open to the public EXCEPT for the following [Participant(s)]:
– Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of Singapore Post Limited, BusOnlineTicket Sdn. Bhd. and BusOnlineTicket Pte. Ltd. and their immediate family members;
– Representatives and/or agents (including bus operators, advertising & promotion agencies) of Singapore Post Limited, BusOnlineTicket Sdn. Bhd and BusOnlineTicket Pte. Ltd.
b. Participants must book and pay bus tickets from any Singapore Post Office or SAM Machine in Singapore.
c. Giveaway starts from 11st January 2016, 00:01AM and ends at 29th February 2016, 23:59PM.
e. The selected winner will receive an email for the prize confirmation on 15th March 2016.
f. The selected winner is allowed to choose any travel date between 15th March 2016 and 30th June 2016 via booking at BOT’s website.
g. Prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable to cash.
h. Any other charges, including (but not limited to) travel insurance, personal expenses or accommodation request, shall be borne entirely by the Participants.
i. BOT reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or substitute or replace the prizes from time to time without any prior notice.
j. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants signify acceptance and agree to be bound and subject to all terms & conditions as set out above. The decisions of BOT in relation to every aspect of the Giveaway including, but not limited to, the type of prize shall be deemed final, conclusive and binding.
k. No complaints, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence from any Participants will be entertained.
l. BOT shall have the final decision in regards to all matters of this Giveaway, including determining Participants’ eligibility for entry without any further notice.
